We are a Specialist Sales Recruitment agency which operates New Zealand wide. We work across a wide range of sectors including the industrial and building space along with great success in finding candidates for those hard to fill technical sales roles. Sales roles include but are not limited to Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Territory Managers, Sales Engineers, and sales support related roles.

Who we are

Nice to meet you. I am Sally! I am the Director and Principal of Miller Recruitment. I have over 15 years’ experience in Recruitment and it is firmly in my blood. I consult in detail with my clients about their business and their individual requirements and I am an extension of my clients’ organisations. I work openly and transparently with them to find them the “right person” for their team in both skills, fit and added value.

I work with a sense of urgency while not compromising on service delivery and am well networked nationally and have built strong relationships resulting in multiple repeat business. Prior to the 10 years Sales in the Building and Industrial sectors, I was focussed for 5 years in general recruitment.

Early on I was lucky enough to work onboard cruise ships around the world and then fell into recruitment from a passion to recruit other Kiwis so they too could experience this unique way of seeing the world. I have remained in Recruitment as I enjoy adding value to both my clients and candidates long after placements have been made. My candidates have become my clients and vice versa over the years.
