Please note: Completing the referral form is deemed to be acceptances of these
terms and conditions:
1) Only candidates currently registered with Miller Recruitment in New Zealand are
eligible to participate in this referral campaign.
2) Participation in the referral campaign is deemed to be acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
3) This referral campaign commences on Wednesday 4 th December 2023 and
expires at midnight on 31st January 2024. Any referrals made after expiry of this
date will not be eligible to participate in the referral campaign.
4) A valid referral is a referral of a candidate or of a job vacancy made by an eligible
participant during the mentioned dates of the referral campaign and that result in a
permanent placement.
5) If you make a valid referral, you will be entitled to receive a VISA Prezzy Card to
the total value of $250 per valid referral resulting in a permanent placement and
includes all taxes.
6) The referral is a net payment. Miller Recruitment is responsible for any taxes.
7) If Miller Recruitment is unable to procure the Referral Gift, you will receive a
substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
8) You will not be eligible to receive the Referral Gift under this Scheme if the
referred person is already registered with on our database or has already made
direct contact with Miller Recruitment as at the date of the referral.
9) The referred person must have consented to having their personal information
provided to Miller Recruitment for this Scheme prior to the date of the referral. You
indemnify Miller Recruitment for any claim arising out of your failure to procure such
consent. Miller Recruitment will comply with the Privacy Act 1993 in its handling and
storage of such personal information.
10) It is your responsibility to contact Miller Recruitment in order to claim your
Referral Gift.
11) Candidates can only be referred to Miller Recruitment once. In the event that a
candidate is referred to Miller Recruitment more than once, only the first person to
refer that candidate to Miller Recruitment (with the referred person’s permission) will
be eligible for a Referral Gift under this scheme.
12) The Referral Gift is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
13) Miller Recruitment accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the
prize for reasons beyond its control.
14) Miller Recruitment makes no representations or warranties as to the quality,
suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Miller
Recruitment is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the Scheme or acceptance of the
Referral Gift.
15) The VISA Prezzy Card is redeemable at all outlets that accept VISA Prezzy Card
payments in New Zealand.
